<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: July 11,2001 <br /> <br />TO: Joe Lynch, City Administrator <br />FROM: Terrance Post, City Accountant@) <br /> <br />SUBJECT: New City Hall Interior and Exterior Signage <br /> <br />At the July 9, 2001, regular council meeting, the Arden Hills City Council discussed signage at <br />the new City Hall. Earlier, in the June 29, 2001, non-agenda packet, staffhad provided a drawing <br />of what the interior (council dais back wall) and exterior (to the right of the main entrance) signs <br />were planned to look like. Both of the signs were simple block letters reading "THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS" in an anodized bronze color. <br /> <br />Council discussion at the July 9, 2001, meeting resulted in a consensus opinion to incorporate the <br />City's new logo and script into the signage at the new City Hall. <br /> <br />Council's request was communicated to Peter Vesterholt, representing Architectural Alliance, at <br />the July 10, 2001, weekly construction meeting, Mr. Vesterholt committed to attending the July <br />16,2001, council work session to discuss design change options with the City Council. <br />
