Assisting will Judy <br />Skauge and Sheri Chesness, <br /> <br />C. WORK PLAN - REVISE JOB DESCRIPTIONS TO IDENTIFY ESSENTIAL JOB <br />FUNCTIONS UNDER ADA <br /> <br />1. Meet with Department Heads, Supervisors and employees to explain the process <br />whereby each of the City's job descriptions are reviewed and those areas which need <br />deletion, modification, or additions identified. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />An employee in each job classification will fill out a job information questionnaire in which <br />they will identify the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, supervisory <br />responsibilities, educational requirements, knowledge and skill requirements, physical <br />demands, and work environment. These questionnaire's will be reviewed by the <br />employee's department head and by the City Administrator. <br /> <br />1 <br />
