August 13,2001 Regular Council Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant noted in the future he would like the word "they" to be replaced with the <br />"city" so it was clear who the "they" referred to. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant noted that page 4 was missing in the August 13,2001 Regular Council <br />Meeting minutes. He added if they are approved the Council should approve that page later. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated on page 5 of the August 13,2001 Regular Council Meeting minutes <br />it should reference the road being overlaid was "complete from County Road E to Lake <br />Valentine Road." <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion <br />to approve the August 13,2001 Regular Council Meeting, Pavement Management <br />Plan and August 13,2001 Regular Council Meeting minutes as corrected above. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. City Hall Construction Project, Rochon Pay Request #11 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br />docwnents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst invited those present to come forward and address the Council on any items not <br />already on the agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Johnson stated that last night, the Glenpaul neighborhood had a meeting to voice <br />concerns.
