Person ~

The preliminary work on the City of Arden Hills' new city code has
begun and it will be ready for the necessary data entry and formatting
work upon the return of my data entry contractor from her vacation.
The completed first draft should be ready for shipment to the city
around the end of May, and depending on how quickly the data entry
work can be completed, perhaps a little earlier.

.

Thank you for faxing me a copy of the bid acceptance the City of Arden
Hills signed with the League. As we discussed, the paper work that
was forwarded to me did not contain a copy of the pages indicating
Which options the city had elected to purchase, and for some reason
the original sheets were not in the files our finance department
maintains although a copy of your downpayment check was on file.

To formalize the agreement between the City and the League, enclosed
please find two copies of a Contract For Services. This contract
outlines the terms of the codification as previoUSly accepted by the
City. Please sign them, retain one copy for your files and return the
other to me.

If you have any questions, please contact me.

Sincerely,

~~

Kent Sulem
Codification Attorney

\:4,

Ene:

?."1

,
