<br />e <br /> <br />~ <br />~ILLS <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />SITE VISIT - PLANNING CASE #01-22 <br />COUNTY ROAD E-2 AND CLEVELAND <br />WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2001, 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dermis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant, <br />Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Gregg Larson. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Accountant, Terrance Post; <br />Interim Public Works Director and Parks & Recreation Director, Thomas Moore, Bruce <br />Kunkle, Bethel College; Loren Kjersten, Beacon Construction. <br /> <br />_ PURPOSE OF MEETING <br /> <br />Loren Kjersten of Beacon Construction gave an overview ofthe site and indicated that the survey <br />stakes with the tape represented the size and location of the building on the property. City <br />Council Members asked individual questions and explored the site. There were members of the <br />public in attendance and also had individual questions of both Kunkle and Kjersten. <br /> <br />The site visit lasted approximately 30 minutes and no formal discussion or actions took place. <br /> <br />Dermis Probst <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Joe Lynch <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />. <br />
