Master Plan PUD Approval <br />2. Final Plan PUD/Site Plan Approval <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting the actions referenced above to facilitate the construction of an 8900 <br />square feet neighborhood office building. This project previously went through a concept PUD <br />review in 1999, and represents the first project to be evaluated utilizing the Neighborhood Business <br />Zoning District standards. The property was formerly a gas station. Copies of the site plan were <br />distributed to neighborhood block coordinators in the area. Please see the attached narrative <br />statement submitted by the applicant for additional information.
