Part of the process <br />includes an evaluation of the current ordinances by the appropriate City Commissions and the City <br />Council. The most recent ordinance evaluated by the Planning Commission is the City's Shore1and <br />Ordinance. After a review by the City Attorney and Planning Commission, only slight revisions <br />were made. These were housekeeping measures recommended by the City Attorney with regard to <br />the variance standard applied. On December 5, 2001, the Planning Commission held a Public <br />Hearing. No input was received at that time. <br /> <br />Planninl! Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case 01-16, the Planning Commission recommends approval of Shore land <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Consider introduction and first reading of Ordinance #334, an Ordinance adopting shoreland <br />management standards within the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />I.
