<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - OCTOBER 9, 2001 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated he suspected that part of their interest to put money forward allows <br />Mills Corporation to be in the driver seat and become the developer of choice, He noted it was a <br />good business tactic of their part. He asked if the Council wanted to facilitate that.
