Ms. Eldridge stated as long as the city keeps documentation <br />since the state could not really mandate how the city comes up with its formula. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted he would suggest keeping the criteria as general as possible to allow the city <br />the most latitude. He added his concern if the criteria were too stringent it could cause problems. <br />He stated he wanted to retain full rights to accept or deny someone the opportunity. He noted <br />just because someone meets the criteria do not guarantee them a business subsidy. <br /> <br />Mr. Post suggested the Council hold off the discussion in order to assess the impact of the 200 I <br />legislation session. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst suggested the EDA meet before the second Council meeting in July. All <br />Councilmembers agreed. <br /> <br />B.
