Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />2. Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />3. Minnesota Department of Natural Resources <br />4. Minnesota Department of Health <br />5. City zoning, planning, vacations, plat approvals, pemiits for demolition, <br />utility and building, development program modifications, tax mcrement <br />district approvals among others <br />6. Watershed District <br />7. Metropolitan Council <br />8. Ramsey County <br /> <br />Section 6.2 Use of Work Product. The Redeveloper shall provide the City w:ith a copy <br />of all reports it obtains relating to the engineering feasibility and the AU AR for the <br />Redevelopment Property. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII <br /> <br />TERM OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Agreement shall become effective as of January I, 2002 and shall terminate on the <br />earlier of (i) March 31, 2003, or (ii) the date the City and Redeveloper have entered into a <br />redevelopment agreement for the Redevelopment Property, unless terminated earlier pursuant to <br />Article IX. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise provided herein and in a redevelopment agreement, at such time as a <br />redevelopment agreement is entered into for the redevelopment of all or a portion of the <br />Redevelopment Property, this Agreement will no longer be of any force or effect as to those <br />portions of the Redevelopment Property which are covered by such separate redevelopment <br />agreements between the City and the Redeveloper. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII <br /> <br />THE RYAN FEES <br /> <br />Section 8.1 Reimbursement of the Ryan Fees. In accordance with Section 3.2, the <br />City agrees to reimburse the Redeveloper the Ryan Fees which are incurred by the Redeveloper <br />from and after December 19, 2001, ifon or before March 31, 2003 the City and the Redeveloper <br />have not entered into a Redevelopment Agreement for the Redevelopment Property and the City <br />has not acquired marketable title to the parcels constituting the Minimum Redevelopment <br />Property. <br /> <br />8 <br />
