<br />(2) <br /> <br />Developer shall submit to the City a list of persons and <br />businesses who shall work on the site. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(3) Developer shall be responsible for initiating, <br />maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and <br />programs in connection with any testing work on the site <br />as rcquired by the federal government or thc City. <br /> <br />(4) Devcloper shall give all noticcs and comply with all <br />applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and <br />lawful orders of any public authority bearing on the <br />safety of persons or propcrty or their protection from <br />damages, injury or loss. <br /> <br />(5) Dcveloper shall indemnifY and hold the City harmless <br />for any damagcs caused by Developer's entry onto the <br />TCAAP Site. Developer shall provide City with a <br />Certificate of Insurance indicating that Developer is <br />insured for such risks. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />Comply with other obligations for TCAAP Site access <br />as may be imposcd by the federal government. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. City Obligations. City shall provide Developer with environmental <br />data which City has for the TCAAP Site or which may be developed <br />as part of the preparation of the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment and Infrastructure Plan. <br /> <br />C. Preparation of Land Use and Infrastructure Plan. <br /> <br />1. Developer Obligations. Developer shall accomplish the following <br />tasks: <br /> <br />a. Collcct and analyze site data including: <br /> <br />(1) Review of on-base information sources to identifY <br />existing conditions. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 <br />
