Accordingly, any rule of law or legal decision that would require <br />interpretation of any ambiguities in this Iiitel'im;Agreement against the party <br />that has drafted it is not applicable and is waived. Captions. Titles or captions of sections and paragraphs contained in this <br />Ihterim.Agreement are inserted only as a matter of convenience and for <br />rcfercnce, and in no way define, limit, extend or describe the scope of this <br />Interim Agreement or the intent of any provisions. <br /> <br />N. Relationship of Parties. Nothing in this Interim':Agreement shall creatc a <br />joint venturc, partnership, or principal-agcnt relationship between the parties. <br /> <br />o. <br /> <br />Waiver. No waiver of any right or obligation of either party hcreto shall be <br />effective unless in a writing, specifYing such waiver, executcd by the party <br />against whom such waivcr is sought to be enforced.
