Storm Water Utility <br /> <br />Capital improvements associated with the storm water utility will generally include storm sewer <br />improvements constructed as a part of the annual PMP projects. In addition, water quality <br />improvements such as regional ponds, grit chambers, rain gardens, infiltration basins, etc. also <br />constructed in conjunction wilh the annual PMP projects will be accomplished as a part of the <br />storm water utility CIP.
