The flyer was not <br />meant to be misleading in any way, All meeting material will be posted on the website so <br />individuals not able to attend tonight's meeting can obtain the information from the <br />website. <br /> <br />Comment: When did the county redo Ingerson? <br />In roughly 1988, <br /> <br />Comment: Has it been 30 years? <br />No it has not been 30 years, <br /> <br />Comment: Why is this not a county project? <br />These are not county roads, <br /> <br />Comment: How can water ponding happen on Ingerson Road to Lexington Avenue when the <br />road has a hill? <br />Water ponding does not occur a hilly area, <br /> <br />Comment: If neighborhood did not want this project before why are we revisited this project? <br />Because it is the duty of the City to support it's infrastructure, The City has a fiduciary <br />responsibility to spend it's money wisely. <br /> <br />Comment: If the City plowed the snow versus dumping sand and salt, the water quality would <br />not be as bad, <br />Water quality is more than about the sand and salt. Oil from automobiles and run-off <br />from yards also contributes to poor water quality, <br /> <br />Comment: What is the assessment policy for the City, <br />Fifty percent (50%) of the cost of your side of the street. <br /> <br />Comment: Is there any discussion about per household assessment? <br />It is not the current policy of the City but has been discussed. <br /> <br />Comment: What is the capacity of the storm sewer in inches of rain over time? <br />Based on a lO'year event it would be 4,2 inches, <br />
