The Zoning Ordinance in Section V, F, 2, states that the minimum <br />lot area for lots in the 1-1 Limited Industrial Zoning District shall be at least 30,000 <br />square feet. All of the lots on the Preliminary Plat are significantly larger than the <br />required 30,000 square feet.
