Liti I~ 8rclthers F (If E F2,".:[,J2-721-5848 <br /> <br />Jun 19 2001 15:21 <br /> <br />P.02 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN Iffi ,1 .s <br /> <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT-Case No.. 83-26 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The undersigned, the Administrator of the City of Arden Hills (the <br />"City") does hereby certify that this Special Use Permit is granted pursuant <br />to the provisions of Appendix A of the Arden Hills Code, being the Zoning <br />Ordinance (Ordinance No. 218, 88 amended) of the City, in accordance with <br />a public hearing duly held by' the Planning Commission of the City on <br />September 7, 1988 and subsequent approval thereof by the City's Council on <br />Septembm: 12, 1988 at its Council meeting held on that date. <br /> <br />Permission is accordingly riven the applicant, LIT T L E <br />BROTHERSlFRIENDS OF THE ELDERLY, 1845 East Lake Street, <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55407. and its succellllora and assigns, hereinafter <br />collectively called "Permittee". to use the property located at 3200 H,nnline <br />Avenue North, Arden Hills, Minnesota (the "Parcel"), for visitations by <br />elderly people. participation in prolTams of Permittee, daytime recreational <br />activitiea, staff/volunteer retreat. and meetinra, vacation sessions and <br />overnight stays for 3 to 4 persons.-all in .trict conformance with the plans, <br />specifications, narrative end pictorial ducriptione, sketches, <br />transparencies, consultants' report. and othn documentation submitted to <br />and filed with the City in connection with th. above-referenced Planning <br />Commisaion case and in particular Plenner Ber,ly's revised report of <br />September 12, 1988. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Parcel is located at 3200 HaJDline Avenue North. It is apparently <br />owned of record by Permittee. Its legal description is set forth on Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />This Special Use Permit is issued subject to Permittee's compliance not <br />only with the general conditions, descriptions and documents described <br />above but also all of the applicable requirements of the Arden Hills Code, <br />including specifically, but not by way of limitation, the Building Code <br />portion thereof and Appendix A the.eof, the Zoning Ordinfll"Ce of the City <br />(Ordinance No. 213, 8.ll amended). In addition, this Permit is subject to the <br />following special conditions: <br /> <br />1. Any changes in the uses of the Parcel from the ones specified above <br />shall require an amendment to this Permit the procedures for which are <br />set forth in the City's Zoning Code. <br /> <br />2. A resident caretaker shall at all times keep the buildings located on <br />and the grounds of the Parcel in a manner compatible with the <br />surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />3. Staff or volunteers shall be on the site at all times that invited visitors <br />ar.e present. <br />
