<br />Lease for Pull-Tab, Paddlewheel, Tipboard, and/or Raffle Activity - LG221 <br />I <br /> <br />LESSOR PROHIBITIONS <br /> <br />Management of Gambling <br />Prohibited <br /> <br />The owner of the premises or the lessor <br />will not manage the conduct of gambling <br />at the premises. <br /> <br />Participation as Players Prohibited <br /> <br />The lessor, the lessor's immediate fanily, <br />and any agents or gambling employees <br />of the lessor will not participate as players <br />in the conduct of lawful gambling on the <br />premises. <br /> <br />Illegal Gambling <br /> <br />1. The lessor is aware of the prohibition <br />against illegal gambling in Minnesota <br />Statutes. section 609.75, and the <br />penalties for illegal gambling <br />violations in Minnesota Rules, part <br />7861.0050, subpart 3. <br /> <br />2. To the best of the lessors knowledge, <br />the lessor affirms that any and all <br />games or devices located on the <br />premises are not being used, and are <br />not capable of being used, In a <br />manner that violates the prohibitions <br />against illegal gambling In Minnesota <br />Statutes. section 609.75. and the <br />penalties for illegal gambling <br />violations in Minnesota Rules, part <br />7861.0050, subpart 3. <br /> <br />3. If there is a dispute as to whether any <br />of these lease provisions have been <br />violated, the lease will remain in effect <br />pending a final determination by the <br />Compliance Review Group (CRG) of <br />the Gambling Contrd Boord. <br /> <br />(/1' <br />. The lessor shall not modify or <br />terminate this lease in whole or in part <br />due to the lessor's violation of the <br />provisions listed on this lease. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Organization <br /> <br />The organization has access to the <br />permitted premises during any time <br />reasonable and when necessary for the <br />conduct of lawful gambling on the <br />premises. <br /> <br />I LESSOR RECORDS MAINTAINED I <br /> <br />The lessor shall maintain a record of all <br />money received from the organization, <br />and make the record available to the <br />beard and rts agents, the commissioners <br />of revenue and public safety and their <br />agents upon demand. The record shall <br />be maintained for a period of 3-1/2 years. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND AGREEMENTS - Attachment <br />All obligations and agreements between the organization and the lessor are contained in or attached to this lease. <br />(Attach additional sheets if necessary. Any attachments to this lease must be dated and signed by both the lessor and <br />the lessee.) <br />Lessee will pay $400 per month for Janitorial, $130 per month for trash removal and $50 per month <br />for electric utility. These amounts will be paid upon receipt of invoices in addition to monthly rent. <br /> <br />This lease is the total and only agreement between the lessor and the organization conducting lawful gambling activities <br />other than bingo and pull-tab dispensing devices. There is no other agreement and no other consideration required between <br />the parties as to the lawful gambling and other matters related to this lease.
