<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ALLONGE TO SERIES 200IA NOTE <br /> <br />This Allonge is made with respect to the revenue note described below ("Note"), the <br />original of which is stapled hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />United States of America, State of Minnesota, County of Ramsey, City of Arden Hills <br />$2,156,800 Health Care Facility Revenue Refunding Note, Series 2001A (Presbyterian Homes <br />Bloomington Care Center, Inc. Project) <br /> <br />All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Note. <br /> <br />Section 3 of the Note is hereby amended and replaced with the following: <br /> <br />3. In any event, the payments hereunder shall be sufficient to pay all principal and <br />interest due, as such principal and interest becomes due, and to pay any premium or service <br />charge, at maturity, upon redemption, or otherwise. Interest shall be computed on the basis of a <br />365 day year for the actual days elapsed. <br /> <br />Any payment required undef this Note not received by the Lender within ten (10) days of <br />its scheduled due date shall bear a late charge of five percent (5.00%) of the amount of such <br />payment, which late charge must accompany the overdue payment. The late charge (also <br />referred to herein as a "service charge") shall apply individually to all payments past due and <br />shall be used to defray the costs of Lender incident to collecting such late payment. The late <br />charge shall be in addition to the principal and interest payable hereunder. Nothing herein shall <br />be deemed to excuse a late payment or be deemed a waiver of any other rights Lender may have, <br />including the right to declare the entire unpaid principal and interest immediately due and <br />payable. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1379622vl <br />
