The applicant is requesting <br />a 33 foot front yard setback where a 37 foot setback is required. The typical R-1 setback is <br />40 feet, but decks and related permitted encroachments may encroach into any setback by <br />3 feet. <br /> <br />Deadline for Aqency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on February 26, <br />2002. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by April 23, <br />2002 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an <br />additional 60-day review period.
