These are positions the Council has already <br />approved as part of the reorganization. <br /> <br />These descriptions were initially reviewed by staff and sent to Labor Relations for changes <br />accordingly, They were returned and adjusted by me. They were then sent back to LRA to make <br />the changes. I have received them back and, with staff, made final changes. Before I send them <br />back I would like any input from CounciL As a result of these final changes I would like to <br />proceed with filling each of the positions. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff is seeking Council authorization to proceed with the final adjustments to the two director <br />position descriptions and to fill the two positions. <br />
