Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />With regard to Planning Case 02-05A, the Planning Commission is recommending approval of <br />the site plan subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br /> <br />The applicant obtains final plat approval prior to the issuance of a building permit <br />The applicant submits a revised landscape plan to include 250 caliper inches of <br />landscaping as approved by staff. The percentage of caliper inches shall be consistent <br />with the percentages outlined in the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The skyway over Fernwood Avenue not be constructed until either the street is vacated, <br />or an alternative arrangement is agreed to with the City such as an easement over a <br />non-vacated Fernwood Avenue. <br />Installing an additional hydrant on both the north and south side of the building as <br />approved by the Fire Inspector. <br />A final grading, drainage, and utility plan be submitted to and approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />The applicant submit a landscape performance bond or other surety for 125% of the cost <br />of materials and installation valid one full year from the date of installation prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit <br />The applicant obtains all necessary permits from the Rice Creek Water Shed District, <br />MPCA, and other governmental entities. <br />Compliance with the Zoning Code and related municipal ordinances. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br />
