I have a few <br />general comments pertaining to Utilities, Drainage and Traffic. <br /> <br />Utilities <br />In general the Master Planncd Unit Development will need to show detailed utility plans which <br />address issues pertaining to sanitary sewer and watemlain. Studies should be condueted to <br />identify the proposed water and sewer needs to accommodate additional employees and <br />manufacturing (if applicable.) <br /> <br />The existing sewer and watermain are located within the Femwood Avenue right of way. If the <br />Fernwood A venue right of way is vacated by the City pemlanent easements will be required for <br />the public utilities or the utilities will have to be relocated at the developer's expense. <br /> <br />Sanitarv Sewer <br />The existing sanitary lines located in Femwood A venue and along County Road F are <br />only 8" and may need to be upgraded to handle the additional capacity. The sanitary flow <br />from this area is discharged through Lift station #8, which already experiences heavy <br />tlows. <br /> <br />IN atermaiJl <br />From recent experience this area does not have watennain loops to supply the <br />site when the North water tower is out of operation.
