<br />Memo to Mayor and City Council <br />Planning Case #02-06, Pilgrim House Special Use PemJit Amendment <br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />Planninq Commisison Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #02-06, Pilgrim House Unitarian Church, Special Use Permit <br />Amendment, the Planning Commission is recommending denial of the request <br />finding that the proposed use of the church is an accessory operation that would <br />be allowed if the Church was running the daycare, but not when a commercial <br />daycare facility is being operated. <br /> <br />In response to the Planning Commission's recommendation for denial, the <br />applicant has submitted some additional information for the Council's <br />consideration. This is attached for your review. Additionally, different numbers <br />are referenced with regard to the number of children the applicant is requesting <br />to provide daycare for. For clarification, the applicant is requesting to amend the <br />special use permit to provide daycare for up to 20 students. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />1.
