The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. January 22, 2002 W orksession <br />R January 28,2002 Regular City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the following changes to January 28, 2002 Regular City Council <br />Meeting minutes: <br /> <br />I. On page 9, the motion to adjourn has to be completed. <br /> <br />2.
