Recommend approval as submitted, <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions, <br />3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial. If the City denies the petitioners <br />request, "...it must state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time that it <br />denies the request." <br />4. Table for additional information. <br /> <br />Plannina Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the sign standard adjustment <br />based on the following findings and with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />The sign adjustment will allow a sign of exceptional design or a style that will <br />enhance the area or that is more consistent with the architectural and design of <br />the site, <br />The sign adjustment will not result in a sign that is inconsistent with the purpose <br />of the zoning district in which the property is located. <br />Sign copy being limited to three occupants and address numbers, <br /> <br />2, <br /> <br />3, <br />
