<br />In 1902, Francis Podlasek's grandfather bought an 80 acre tract ofland in what is now <br />known as Arden Hills. Parcels A, Band C on the attached Certificate of Survey are <br />included in the original 80 acres. In 1928, the three acres shown as Parcels A, Band C <br />were split off as a single parcel from the original 80 acres. <br /> <br />The Podlasek family lived in a home located on what is proposed as Parcel A. Francis <br />was born and raised in that home. <br /> <br />In 1969, Francis bought a portion of the three acres from his mother, Gertrude Podlasek. <br />Parcel C is the parcel acquired by Francis and is the parcel containing his home. <br /> <br />Gertrude died in 1987 survived by her children Joan, Judy and Francis. Francis bought <br />Parcel B from the estate and combined it with Parcel C. Joan acquired Parcel A. <br /> <br />In 1994, Francis purchased Parcel A from Joan and in 1998, he gifted Parcel A to his <br />daughter Tammy. Tammy lived in .the old Podlasek home until she and her husband built <br />a new home and demolished the old structure. <br /> <br />Francis now wants to split his land into parcels Band C. He intends to gift Par~el B to <br />his daughter Stacey. Francis and his wife Sherry will continue to maintain their <br />homestead on Parcel C. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~ <br />
