<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution 02-22 <br /> <br />A Resolution Receiving Report and Calling Hearing <br />on Improvement of <br />Hunters Court and Waldon Place <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 02-21 of the Council adopted May <br />28, 2002, a report has been prepared by City Engineer Greg Brown/URS with <br />reference to the improvement of Hunters Court and Waldon Place, and this <br />report was received by the Council on May 28, 2002, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provided infonnation regarding whether the <br />proposed project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated <br />total cost of the improvement of $194,300.00, <br /> <br />2, A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the 10th day of June, 2002, in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall at 7:00 p,ffi, and the Deputy Clerk shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law, <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 28th day of May, 2002, <br /> <br />Dennis Probst, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Joseph Lynch, Administrator <br />
