<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 29, 2002 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular City <br />Council meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst, Council Members Beverly ApWwwski, David Grant, <br />Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also prcsent were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Accountant, Terrance Post; City <br />Planncr, Aaron Parrish; Parks and Recreation Director/Acting Operations and Maintenance <br />Director, Tom Moorc; City Attorney, Jerry Filla; City Engineer, Greg Brown; and Recording <br />Secretary, Kathleen Altman. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Lynch requested 3(c) Work Session minutes and 3(e) maintenance task force <br />minutes is pulled from the approval of the Minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmcmber Aplikowski moved and Council Member Rem seconded a motion to <br />adopt the agenda for the April 8, 2002, regular City Council meeting as amended. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. February 11, 2002 Regular City Council Meeting <br />B. February 25, 2002 Rcgular- City Council Meeting <br />C. April 15, 2002 City Council Work Session <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requcstcd the following changes: On February 11, 2002 Regular- City Council <br />Meeting, she requested the adjournment times be inserted. She believed the meeting was adjourned <br />
