Staff <br />concurs with the recommendation contained in the May 22, 2002, letter to the City Administrator <br />. on the subject. <br /> <br />Staff notes the work performed for the period ended April 30, 2002, covered by this payment <br />application is limited to landscaping services. Staff further notes that $153,605.80 is being <br />withheld as a retainer on the proj ect. <br /> <br />. <br />
