Success: American Women. Achievement. and the Girl Scouts. <br />revealed tbat Girl Scouting has played a significant role in the lives of to day's employees, civic <br />leaders, spouses, and mothers. In fact, nearly two-thirds of the women of achievement had been <br />Girl Scouts in their youth, compared to 41 % of American women overall. The Girl Scout Gold <br />Award is the highest award in Girl Scouting.
