Overview <br /> <br />As indicated at the June 10, 2002 City Council meeting, Therese Galatowitsch has resigned from <br />the Planning Commission. Last March, the Council had interviewed six candidates to fill three <br />vacancies on the Commission. The Council has indicated a desire to fill the current position with <br />applicant's that were interviewed for the most recent appointments in March. Those applicants <br />include the following: <br /> <br />1. Hugh Bradley <br />2. James Borg <br />3. Cathy Smithknecht <br /> <br />Applications for the individuals above are included for your reference. If the Council elects to <br />appoint one of the previous applicants, and the applicant is still interested, staff could prepare a <br />resolution appointing the selected Commissioner at the June 24, 2002 Regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Relluested Action <br /> <br />Providc direction on how the Council would like to proceed with the appointment to fill a <br />vacancy on the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />e <br />
