Create the position of Director of Community Services. <br />. Appoint Aaron Parrish to the position of Director of Community Services. <br />. Align support staff to report to the Deputy Clerk; this includes the Office Support <br />positions and the Customer Service Representative I position. <br />. Authorize staffto fill the Planner position as soon as practical. <br />
