Based on the discussion, the <br />following services would be performed by a contract employee working approximately B- <br />. 15 hours per week. <br /> <br />. Live broadcast of regular City Council meetings; More frequent rebroadcasts. <br />. Live broadcast and rebroadcast of regular Planning Commission meetings. (If <br />determined by City Council) <br />. Additional public service programming (Pre-recorded public information pieces <br />such as the "Environmental Journal" produced by the Minnesota State Lottery, <br />fire prevention programming etc. . .). This type of programming is provided at <br />little to no cost. <br />· Special event coverage such as TCMP community open houses and other <br />public informational programming <br />. Expanded and up to date Community Bulletin Board (This is currently not actively <br />maintained). <br /> <br />See the attached outline of "Position Responsibilities" for additional information on <br />the services the contracted employee would provide <br /> <br />Reauested Action <br /> <br />Authorize staff to retain a contract employee to provide cable television services not to <br />exceed $7500 in 2002. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />1.
