Mr. Parrish stated that lot had a future land dcsignation of neighborhood business. <br />However, it was currently zoned single family residential. He stated the powcr company <br />had a utility easement for that power line. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman asked if Lot B would be a developable lot. Mr. Parrish stated <br />that power line ran along Cleveland A venue and it was a deep lot, which would allow for <br />a home and drivcway. <br /> <br />Commissioner Duschene asked how the division line matchcd up to the south lot. Mr. <br />Parrish replied it would be elose. <br /> <br />Elizabeth Modesette, 3743 New Brighton Road, replicd thc lot line would match the <br />south lot line. Providing a 12-foot d iJity easement on the common lot line and 5- <br />foot drainage and nents on the east/west lot lines. <br />3, Recording of th ision with Ramsey County within sixty days of <br />approval from neil; and <br />4, Following reeordi i amsey County, the applicant will provide evidencc of <br />recording to the City Arden Hills. <br />5.
