<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 11 Subdivisions <br /> <br />Section 1130 - Minimum Subdivision Design Standards <br /> <br />1130.01 Conformity with City Plan. The proposed subdivision shall conform to the City plan. <br /> <br />1130.02 Street Plan. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. The arrangement, character, extent, width, grade and location of all streets <br /> <br />shall conform to the City plan and shall be considered in their relation to existing and <br /> <br />planned streets, to reasonable circulation of traffic, to topographical conditions, to <br /> <br />runoff of storm water, to public convenience and safety, and in their appropriate <br /> <br />relation to the proposed uses ofthe land to be served by the streets. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. The arrangement of streets in new snbdivisions shall make provision for the <br /> <br />appropriate continnation of the existing streets in adjoining areas.
