Pipes or <br /> <br />steel rods shall be placed at the corners of each lot and at each intersection of street centerlines. <br /> <br />All United States, state, county or other official bench marks, monuments or triangnlation <br /> <br />stations in or adjacent to the property shall be preserved in precise position. <br /> <br />1140.02 Sewers and Water. Sewers and water for the snbdivision shall be obtained by <br /> <br />connections to the City water and sewer systems. <br /> <br />1140.05 City Improvements. The subdivider shall deposit with the city administrator a sum <br /> <br />equal to one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the estimated cost as determined by the <br /> <br />city engineer of the following improvements to be constructed and furnished within the <br /> <br />subdivision, or shall have-given a performance bond in the same amount to the City to cover <br /> <br />the cost of the improvements. The improvements shall be installed and completed in <br /> <br />accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the city engineer, and at the time of <br /> <br />such approval of the final plat the City Conncil may insert a time limit for the completion of <br /> <br />the improvements and the performance bond or deposit made by the owner or subdivider shall <br /> <br />be in accordance with the time limitation. The improvements to be constructed and finished <br /> <br />by the owner or subdivider shall include the following: <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Street Grading.
