<br />. Issues parking, garage, boutique, roadside or miscellaneous permits as requested. <br />Assists with Senior Citizen and Total Disability Affidavits for reduced utility billing. <br /> <br />Maintains and coordinates City room reservations, and facility coordination. <br /> <br />Serves as back-up to Customer Service Representative II for assisting Finance <br />Department with utility billing and related processes. <br /> <br />Perform other duties as apparent or assigned. <br /> <br />Assist Deputy Clerk with Elections, as necessary. <br /> <br />QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty <br />satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, <br />and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals <br />with disabilities to perform the essential functions. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one (1) year experience in a receptionist or <br />clerical capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience. <br /> <br />LANGUAGE SKILLS <br /> <br />Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, <br />policies, and procedure manuals. Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to <br />communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing with supervisors, City staff, <br />elected officials and the general public. <br /> <br />MATHEMATICAL SKILLS <br /> <br />Ability to make arithmetic computations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. <br /> <br />OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES <br /> <br />Considerable skill in using computer programs including Word, Excel, and Access. <br />Ability to operate various types of office equipment. <br />Ability to organize and prioritize work. <br />Knowledge of office practices and procedures <br />General knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting. <br /> <br />. <br />
