The lump sum fee in cash for the entire subdivision, plus a cash fee for each <br /> <br />lot in the subdivision. Fees shall be as established in a resolution adopted by the <br /> <br />Council. Fees shall be used for expenses of the City in connection with approval or <br /> <br />disapproval ofthe plan and any final plat which may thereafter be submitted. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. If the subdivider requests that any existing special assessments which have <br /> <br />been levied against the premises described in the subdivision be divided and allocated <br /> <br />to the respective lots in the subdivision plat, the city administrator shall estimate the <br /> <br />clerical cost of preparing the revised assessment roll, filing the same with the county <br /> <br />auditor, and making such division and allocation, and upon approval by the Council of <br /> <br />an estimated cost, the cost shall be paid to the city treasurer in addition to the fees <br /> <br />required Subd. 2 above, to cover the cost of preparing and filing the revised assessment. <br /> <br />1110.02 Necessary Data. <br /> <br />Subd. 1. The preliminary plan shall be clearly and legibly drawn. The size ofthe map <br /> <br />shall not be less than twenty-two (22) inches by thirty-four (34) inches. All subdivision <br /> <br />maps shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals fifty (50) feet, unless otherwise <br /> <br />required by the City Council. <br /> <br />Subd. 2.
