A waiver by either party of any of its . <br />rights under this Interim Agreement on any occasion shall not be a bar to the <br />exercise of the same right on any subsequent occasion or of any other right at the <br />time. <br /> <br />16.0 Counterparts. This Interim Agreement may be executed in two counterparts, <br />each of which shall be deemed an original, but both of which shall be deemed to <br />constitute one and the same instrument. <br /> <br />17.0 Attorney's Fees. In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute relating to this <br />Interim Agreement, or the breach or interpretation thereof, each party shall bear its <br />own costs. <br /> <br />18.0 Further Assurances. The parties each agree to make, execute and deliver such <br />other documents, and to undertake such other and further acts, as may be <br />reasonably necessary to carry out the intent of this Interim Agreement. <br /> <br />19.0 Exhibits. Time is hereby declared to be of the essence of this Interim <br />Agreement and each and every provision hereto. <br /> <br />21.0 Non-Assi2nabilitv.
