16~.0 Waiver. No waiver of any right or obligation of either party hereto shall be . effective unless in a writing, specifying such waiver, executed by the party against whom such waiver is sought to be enforced. A waiver by either party of any of its rights under this Interim Agreement on any occasion shall not be a bar to the exercise of the same right on any subsequent occasion or of any other right at the time. 1 ~.O Countervarts. This Interim Agreement may be executed in two counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but both of which shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. 1 &1.0 Attornev's Fees. In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute relating to this Interim Agreement, or the breach or interpretation thereof, each party shall bear its own costs. 19,1i.0 Further Assurances. The parties each agree to make, execute and deliver such other documents, and to undertake such other and further acts, as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the intent of this Interim Agreement. ;W19.0Exhibits.
