I shared our criteria, procedures and process with them <br />in order to help them establish a similar set of guidlines to follow to <br />implement this program in the state of California. <br /> <br />I spoke with them this morning and they stated that they implemented the <br />Amber Alert Plan in Califomia on Wednesday afternoon. By Wednesday evening <br />they had an activation of the Amber Alert in which a small boy, who was <br />believed to be abducted, turned out to be at a neighbors. On Thursday they <br />had a second activation.
