On an annual basis, cities are given a score based on their efforts in the following <br />areas: <br /> <br />. Affordability and diversification <br />· Local initiatives to facilitate affordable workforce housing development or preservation <br /> <br />On a preliminary basis, Arden Hills seems to be in the "middle" and similar to comparable <br />communities.
