This planning process will bring demographic and <br />market research, ecological assessment, land suitability analysis (including contamination <br />and cleanup information), engineering, land planning and urban design expertise and <br />community aspirations together to create a far more detailed rnaster plan for this area. It <br />will also involve the preparation of detailed policies, ordinances and agreements to <br />ensure the successful implementation of this future vision. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is two-fold. First, we want to notify you about the status of our <br />planning process. Second, we want to invite you to nominate an official representative of <br />your agency or group to serve as a member of the TCAAP Reuse Master Plan Advisory <br />Panel. Weare seeking positive forward thinking people who understand and accept the <br />role and responsibilities of this important group and have the time and interest to attend <br />approximately seven meetings over the course of the next 18 months. <br /> <br />Weare also establishing our project mailing list and would appreciate receiving from you <br />the names and addresses (email preferred) of the individuals you would like to receive all <br />project mailings and information. The City Council would like to act on the appointment <br />of the Advisory Panel at its October 28, 2002 meeting.
