Guidant AUAR Document <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />At the September 9, 2002 City Council meeting, the Council adopted a resolution directing <br />Guidant to prepare an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) for their campus master <br />plan. Subsequently, the AUAR document has been developed by SRF (project consultant) and <br />modified based on suggestions from City staff. In the City Engineer's review of the document, it <br />was suggested that a draft mitigation plan be incorporated into the draft AUAR. After <br />discussions with the project consultant, staff is comfortable not including the draft mitigation <br />plan until comments have been received from the reviewing agencies. In addition, agencies will <br />have the opportunity to comment on the mitigation plan prior to City Council approval.
