However, additional connections to <br />the water and sanitary mains will need to be made in Fernwood Avenue. Calculations for <br />determining the amount of water assume that for office/limited industrial space there is <br />three employees per 1,000 square feet, requiring 15 gallons of water per person per day. <br />There are two wells located on the campus (see Figures 3 and 4). These wells serve <br />Building F and will continue to serve only Building F. <br /> <br />The water tower, located on the campus, is no longer used. At one time water was drawn <br />from the tower for fire protection. The existing automatic fire sprinkler system is now <br />connected to City water. <br /> <br />14.
