Tabcoat 100 . <br /> <br />The chemicals are regulated by the MPCA, the Environmental Protection Agency (EP A) <br />and the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA). In addition, Guidant conforms with all <br />requirements for the Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generators license from the Ramsey <br />County Department of Environmental Health. An Emergency Response Plan is filed with <br />the local fire and emergency response officials. <br /> <br />C. INDICATE THE NUMBER, LOCATION, SIZE AND USE OF ANY ABOVE OR <br />BELOW GROUND TANKS TO STORE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS OR OTHER <br />MATERIALS, EXCEPT WATER. DESCRIBE ANY EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br />CONTAINMENT PLANS. <br /> <br />AUAR: Potential locations of storage tanks associated with commercial uses in the A UAR <br />should be identified (e.g., gasoline tanks at service stations). <br /> <br />All below-grade storage tanks have been removed from the site. An above ground liquid <br />petroleum storage tank exists on the site as a backup fuel source for the Building F boiler <br />house. <br /> <br />There are no tanks planned for commercial purposes within the AUAR study area. <br /> <br />21.
