First, the amount of the contribution is capped at $350,000. Second, we would <br />like input into the final design of the shelter. Third, Guidant would like to hire the <br />contractors and manage the constmction. Finally, we would like to place our name <br />tastefully on the structure (e.g. Guidant Pavilion). <br /> <br />Dennis, we appreciate all that you, the Council, the Planning Commission and City Staff <br />have done to help us with this Master Plan. We are excited about our growth and are <br />pleased that the City shares this excitement. We hope you and the city will accept our <br />offers above. <br /> <br />
