Since this project went <br />through a concept review process in 1999, the applicant has elected to have both the Master and <br />Final PUD considered concurrently. Generally, the purposes of the Neighborhood Business District <br />are: <br /> <br />c, <br /> <br />a To be located at the edge of residential neighborhoods. <br />b. To provide a limited range of over-the-counter, convenience, retail, and service <br />uses to accommodate the needs ofthe adjacent residents. <br />c.
