County staff must obtain the County Manager's
written approval to change the budget once the agreement is signed.
. Creative and innovative ideas are encouraged! Do not let these guidelines limit your ideas.
However, if you would like to use SCORE funds for a project that does not seem to fit the
guidelines, please talk to County staff first to make sure you have the funding support you need
for a successful project.

Equipment: All equipment must remain the property of the Municipality.
