The- <br />prizes will not exceed the $2,500 limit for the calendar year 2002. <br /> <br />Staff has contacted the State of Minnesota Gambling Control Board concerning the 30-day <br />advance notice of activity provision. The State Gambling Control Board has waived the 30-day <br />advance notification provision for this event. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve Resolution No. 02-54, A Resolution Approving an <br />Application for Authorization for an Exempt Gambling Permit for Trinity Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />e <br />
